Tracking and revoking share links
See every issued link, every view, and revoke a link before it expires.

Every share link is tracked from issue to expiry. The Share tab on a patient chart shows the link’s status, the issue date, the expiry, and a list of view events.
What is logged
| Event | Recorded |
|---|---|
| Issued | Token id, expiry, who issued it, when. |
| Viewed | Timestamp, IP address, user agent. |
| Passcode attempt | Timestamp, success or failure, IP. |
| Revoked | Who revoked it, when, the reason if provided. |
| Expired | The expiry timestamp. |
Revoking a link
- 1Open the Share tab on the patient chart.
- 2Find the link in the active list.
- 3Click “Revoke” and confirm.
- 4The link stops working immediately, even if it has not yet expired.
If a link has been forwarded to someone unintended, revoke it. Revocation is immediate — there is no propagation delay.
