Managing patients

The Admin → Patients page shows every patient in the clinic, regardless of which clinician owns the chart. It is the right place to reassign ownership, audit access, or respond to a clinic-wide request like “who saw Mrs. Garcia last month?”.

• Name, age, and sex.
• Owner — the clinician whose chart this is.
• Last visit — most recent documented encounter.
• Active conditions — count, with severity badges.
• Created — when the chart was first opened.

1. 1Open the patient row.
2. 2Click “Reassign” in the patient header.
3. 3Pick the new owner from the dropdown. Only active clinicians are listed.
4. 4Confirm. The chart appears in the new owner’s dashboard immediately.
