Update your display name and password from the admin console settings page.

The settings page in the admin console lets you change the two pieces of account information that are not controlled by your clinic admin: your display name and your password.
Updating your display name
- 1Open Admin → Settings.
- 2Type the new display name into the Name field.
- 3Click Save profile.
- 4Your name updates across the portal immediately. Other clinicians see the new name on every record you sign.
Changing your password
- 1Open Admin → Settings.
- 2Enter your current password.
- 3Enter the new password twice.
- 4Click Change password. You stay signed in, but all other sessions are revoked.
Changing your password signs you out of every other device. If you have the portal open in another tab, you will need to sign in again.
