The conditions timeline

The conditions tab is the longitudinal view of a patient’s skin health. Each condition tracks its own timeline: first observed, last visit, severity history, recurrence count, and the suggested next visit.

• Severity badges — low, moderate, high — colour-coded across the portal.
• Status — active or resolved — set by you when you sign off a condition.
• First observed and last visit dates.
• Recurrence count — incremented automatically when the same condition is photographed again.
• Suggested follow-up cadence — derived from severity.

1. 1Open the condition from the patient’s Conditions tab.
2. 2Click “Mark resolved”.
3. 3Pick a resolution date and an optional note.
4. 4Confirm. The condition disappears from the active list and the timeline shows the resolution.
