The conditions tab is the longitudinal view of a patient’s skin health. Each condition tracks its own timeline: first observed, last visit, severity history, recurrence count, and the suggested next visit.
What the timeline shows
- Severity badges — low, moderate, high — colour-coded across the portal.
- Status — active or resolved — set by you when you sign off a condition.
- First observed and last visit dates.
- Recurrence count — incremented automatically when the same condition is photographed again.
- Suggested follow-up cadence — derived from severity.
Marking a condition resolved
- 1Open the condition from the patient’s Conditions tab.
- 2Click “Mark resolved”.
- 3Pick a resolution date and an optional note.
- 4Confirm. The condition disappears from the active list and the timeline shows the resolution.
Resolved conditions are still searchable. They stay on the patient’s record so the longitudinal history remains complete.
