Managing doctors
Invite, deactivate, and re-invite clinicians. Set roles and remove seats.

The Doctors page in the admin console is the source of truth for clinicians in your clinic. Every action is recorded in the doctors table; deactivated doctors keep their historical records but cannot sign in.
Inviting a doctor
- 1Open Admin → Doctors.
- 2Click “Invite doctor”.
- 3Enter the doctor’s email and select a role. The default is Clinician.
- 4Click Send invite. The doctor receives an email with a sign-up link.

Deactivating a doctor
Open the doctor’s row, click Deactivate, and confirm. The doctor is signed out of all active sessions and cannot sign in again. Their historical records remain accessible to other clinicians in the clinic.
Deactivation is reversible. The same row has a Reactivate action that re-enables sign-in without recreating the account.
