Searching and filtering the patient list

The Patients page supports three ways to narrow the list: a free-text search, structured filters, and a doctor filter. All three combine.

Type any part of the patient’s name or MRN into the search field. The list updates as you type. Search is case-insensitive and matches name, MRN, and email.

• Sex — restrict to male, female, or other.
• Age range — set a minimum and maximum age based on date of birth.
• Has open condition — show only patients with at least one active condition.
• Has unviewed assessment — show only patients with an AI assessment the clinician has not opened.

On the Clinic plan and above, the doctor filter lets you switch the list to another clinician in your clinic. The default is “Mine”, which scopes the list to patients you personally have created.
